I was dying laughing over this one. I was in Sub Base playing Domination and halfway through the game we kept getting a new emergency airdrop every 30-45 seconds. After the fourth one I had to go investigate and sure enough, it was Christmas! lol The whole team loaded up with items then went after the other team. I personally got several uav and counter uavs, a pavelow, 3 predator missiles, 2 attack helocopters and a stealth bomber from it.

I went to youtube and found the glitch being shown with a care package, not the airdrop but supposedly works the same. I probably won't try it myself but thought I'd share this here anyway.

remember the time we were on Sub Base and enemy called in an emergency airdrop and I was on the roof? I went to look where they were and then the plane flew by and the three packages landed right in front of me, lol. I thought it was christmas then. I took their AC130 and bout got the predator before they killed me. They must of not planned the drop right and threw the canister to near the building.

so that's how its done. dunno, I would least have to do it once. I remember one game I was in and kept hearing the same thing.

I freakin hate that glitching bullshit... I wont play with anyone on our clan if you start doing that shit..

ok, the 1st couple of times was funny. Now it's nearly every game. I went 24 and 8 in a game tonight against a team doing the glitch. 6 of those deaths were from they're harriers/choppers/ac130's being spawn killed before I could duck in a building. Had it not happened I probably would've been in the 30's for kills. It's almost bad enough to make me stop playing until it's patched............so if it gets any worse I'll be done with it for awhile.

I second Leland's stance. Anyone here doing it I won't play with either.

yeah, I stole some of their packages and used them. Since matt posted the video I've been noticing it. I was in three or four games where my team or other team was doing it. I left after one game cause they were making the score like 10k to less than 5k with that mess. After I prestige, I plan on backing off of it and play some of my other games (Skate, Stoked, Assassin's Creed 2).

apparantly the glitch is easier than that video showed. I tried it on split screen custom today with Eric because I was in disbelief as to simple it was. Basically you get your care package, air drop or sentry gun drop in hand. You go up to something you can climb. You then press "a" to climb and while climbing you hit right on the d pad twice. At the end of the climb if you have the care package still in hand you're set, but if you see the gun you have to redo. Then drop the package, after recovering, do it all over again. That's why we're seeing it so much.........it's that simple. grrrrrrrrr The only catch is if you get a resupply then you have to get your killstreak again before you can do it all again. I REALLY hope they patch this soooooon....Played 5 games this afternoon and all 5 had glitchers on both teams. I can deal with the runners I bitch about but not this crap.

when you joined up with me last night, opposite team was doing it and they're the ones i was sniping and stealing their packages. Which also found out an EMP will destroy a AC130, talk about timing.

Another time, our team was doing it and i took some as well. They didn't climb anything to do the glitch, probably like the first you posted.

But yeah, its annoying now, but apparently its in the works to fix it.

well that's a step up. i had read that patch was uploaded to steam already to affect pc players. Cool that they got it to ps3 already and in line to go through xbox soon. That will fix both my gripes with the game

Has anyone got hit with the xp glitch yet? I've heard of people getting negative xp from some games that they xp glitch.

No, I just get messages from time to time for getting 10th Prestige glitch. So makes me wonder the 10th Pr. ones I've seen lately, did they really get it honestly? I don't think anyone plays enough to get that yet.

word in the Twitter grapevine is the patch was scrapped because ps3 players already found a way around it to glitch again.

darn, well I think there was only one time last night when we played that I remember.

hey if the other team is doing it, I'll even be more driven to kill and take their CP's. muwahahahaha....
